I’m Sarah Selznick, MS OTR/L, and I founded Weave Wellness with a passion for helping people navigate challenges and create meaningful progress in their lives.

With over a decade of experience as an occupational therapist, I’ve worked closely with children, adults, and families, focusing on pelvic health, motor development, sensory processing, and feeding. My journey began with a deep commitment to maternal and pediatric wellness, inspired by my own experiences and a desire to provide compassionate, effective care.

At Weave Wellness, I blend expertise, creativity, and a client-centered approach to meet your unique needs. Whether I’m supporting a child overcoming incontinence, guiding a caregiver through their baby’s developmental milestones, or helping an adult regain pelvic health and confidence, my goal is to help you or your loved ones feel seen, supported, and empowered.
