Obtain a Doctor’s Prescription
Ask your doctor to fax a prescription to 540-390-0014. This prescription allows us to begin therapy and work toward your health goals.

Check Your Insurance Benefits
Be sure to check with your insurance company to confirm your occupational therapy and pelvic floor therapy benefits. Sarah Selznick, MS OTR/L is in-network with Aetna and Anthem. For other insurance companies, I accept private pay and can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.
